SRB - Split Repair with Band Clamp

The intentional design of the SRB Repair Fittings makes repairs straight forward and allows for field modification. Comparable repair fittings from other manufacturers are twice the cost and lack the features that make the SRB easy to install.

Band Clamp w/ Retention Rim
The stainless steel band clamp holds the fitting in place and the retention rim prevents the clamp from sliding off the fitting while the epoxy cures.

Fiberglass Sleeve*
A fiberglass sleeve is included with flex pipe models. This is used to bond to polyethylene with our Clear Magic adhesive to create a permanent fiberglass-to-fiberglass installation.

Field Modifiable
The SRB series can be modified in the field to simplify service work.

EP2A Epoxy Bonding

EP2A is two-part epoxy available to bond fiberglass penetration fittings to fiberglass and steel. Due to its thickened consistency, It has great gap filling properties and excellent sag resistance, making it a simple and dependable bonding solution.

ClearMagic - Bond Fiberglass to Polyethylene

Clear Magic, PCI’s proprietary three-part adhesive, can be used with any of our fiberglass fittings to permanently bond fiberglass to polyethylene.
